eyestorm

I joined eyestorm in October 1999 and became Editor just before its public launch in December 1999. I left in May 2002 when it went into receivership. Although I wrote much for eyestorm, only one article carried my name: a daily diary of the Shanghai Biennale 2000. Each day I emailed a report from China back to the London office for publication on the website that day. It grew into quite a lengthy feature, and was later published in the anthology Chinese Art at the Crossroads, ed. Prof. Wu Hung, New Art Media Limited, Hong Kong, 2002.
